Frazden School of Boundless Joy
Rediscover your joyous self, learn to bounce back, and re-engage after a life-altering experience.
Who is Frazden?
The Frazden School of Boundless Joy is a work of fiction. It is an imaginary experience center in Finland that focuses on the geology of the Northern Canadian Cordillera. Named after my best friends, Frazer (Fraz) and Denvor (Den), the primary aim is to entertain and help you rediscover your joyous self, learn to bounce back, and re-engage in a professional setting after a life-altering experience like the following:
- Death of your beloved: The one you love the most
- Acute capability change: Stroke or another major disability
- New caregiving responsibility: Seniors and mentally challenged
Give B9 Tokens
An effortless contribution by me that inspires you enough to donate nine dollars, in cash or kind, to an organization in your neighborhood that is serving a cause that matters the most to you. Frazden is my B9 token to show my appreciation for life-enriching tangents and to articulate the ubiquitous presence of my best friends, Frazer and Denvor. My contribution is as follows:
- Content on this website with a B9 Tokens tag that inspires you to give a B9 token.
- The fictional story of the Frazden School of Boundless Joy on my podcast: SARtastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
- Free clarity call (30 minutes) to see if I can help you re-engage in a professional setting after a life-altering experience. This service is available to friends and colleagues and to their close connections. If I don’t know you, someone I trust must vouch for you.
- Free resilience and stewardship calls (30-minute each) to help you bounce back and re-engage in a professional setting (if I can truly help you after the clarity call).
Together Again
My best friends of 17 years and fellow travelers left their last scent and breath in Alberta. I’m grateful that their unfolding wave of 2007 and enfolding wave of 2024 carried me along this far. We co-discovered the Frazden School of Boundless Joy and are enjoying our travels through this immensely beautiful country that I have loved for almost three decades, with 17 of those 27 years being shared with them.
